KryptoStone aims to offer a tokenized share system. By purchasing tokens, you become the owner of the company that owns the real estate. What is Tokenization?

Tokenization is a process of digitizing physical securities.

More specifically, it involves representing a security by issuing a token recorded on a blockchain network. Proof of ownership, belonging, and enjoyment of the security in question is then digitized.

Each token is the digital twin of all the shares of the project company. The company in question acquires real estate or shares of companies that themselves own these properties.

The value of the tokens is correlated with the value of the assets owned by the project company (SPV). This valuation is updated annually at the general meeting of the project company in question. We appraise the acquired assets through independent audits every three years.

We have identified several limitations to paper contracts: delays related to high intermediation and processing, organizational costs, and lawyer and notary fees and emoluments. Because

tokens are digital and evolve within a shared network like Polygon, they increase the transferability of securities and allow users to buy and sell tokens whenever they want and without the intervention of a third party. Tokens are traceable, transferable, and secure.
